step brothers opening clip WARNING STRONG LANGUAGE

the very first scene starts off  with a quite known song which is quite a jolly and fast paced song to foreshadow to intense comedy later on in the film. And the next sequence shows a back and forth of cuts showing two men who look to adults be quickly on in the clip they have a conversation with their parents  showing them to be quite childish for example the first character Brennan talking to his mum his mum and acting like atypical teenager glued to the t.v and the second charter Dale is playing guitar hero and asks for money for pizza from his dad  and complains about the amount also like a teenage boy

secondly it shows Dales dad speaking at a conference/lecture and spots Brennan mum and makes a mistake in his reading showing that the comedy in this film will be quite adult themed. With in the first 2 mins of the clip the clip uses diegetic and non-diegetic sound in the constant dialog through the clip and the background music also to keep the audience interested with fast paced comedy 

next we see a scene at 1:51  showing people in nice clothes at a nice venue taping their glasses and going ohhh them taping their glasses accompanied with the setting make this most likely a wending which is the case. next the clips shows both Dale and Brennan bring attention to them self's in the wedding by shouting and banging plates which could show that they are attention seekers

at 2:54 the music stops and it show that the film is actually going to actually  start by this i mean get in to the main story of the film. after the music stops it immediately show Brennan and his mum in a car talking (direct sound)again showing his immaturity we see Dale directly after this having a conversation with his dad a bout Brennan and his mum moving in also showing his immaturity as it seems he is threatened by Brennan and his mum moving in and believes he is not going to be the center  of attention anymore, foreshadowing that both Brennan and Dale are going to be acting like teens when they are 39 and 40. music starts at 3:19 which is a quieter version of the main soundtrack to build anticipation of the meeting of the newly made "stepbrothers"

the music gets much louder once they pull in to the drive way raising the anticipation again and stops when Brennan's mum gets out of the car and greets Dales dad. they exchange friendly chatter showing they are very comfortable with each other and she walks up to dale and he asks her to make him some food showing he has immediately putting her in to the mothering role while still showing his immaturity.

more intense music stars at 6:06 showing the new stepbrothers are about to meet after all the anticipation and straight after shows the title meaning the more intense comedy is about to start.

overall this clip uses diegetic, non-diegetic and direct sound all through the clip to signify the main characters immaturity for example with the music and all their dialog through the clip
